接枝共聚高吸水性树脂的合成及吸液性能研究

摘    要:本文介绍以小麦淀粉与部分中和丙烯酸及丙烯酰胺预聚物进行接枝共聚,研究了预聚反应时间、淀粉用量、丙烯酸中和度及淀粉糊化温度对树脂吸液性能的影响。树脂吸液率为:吸去离子水可达1200g/g,吸自来水达600g/g,吸0.9%NaCl达100g/g.正交试验分析表明,各因素对吸液性能的影响程度不同。

Abstract:Super water absorbent resin,and wheat starch grafe copolytner with pre-poly (sodicem acrylate-acrylicacid-acrylamide)were prepared by using orthogonal test method. The relationship between the liquid absorption powerand the polymerization conditions such as time of pre-copolymerization, consumption of starch, neutralization of AAand temperature of starch gelatinization was studied. It is concluded that the effects of polymerization conditions on ab-sorption power in case of deionizing water and water and 0. 9% NaCl solution are different.
