| 摘 要： | 文章认为,西部大中型企业要实现企业的可持续发展,一个重要的举措是必须充分重视围绝经期妇女心理健康,并主动做好围绝经期妇女的保健工作,使企业人力资源得到合理、有效的利用。为此,我们以西部成都飞机工业集团公司围绝经期妇女为对象展开调查与研究。(1)对象:2005年8月到2005年11月成都飞机工业集团接受调查的围绝经期妇女;(2)方法:测查工具采用SCL-90;利用大学生心理测评软件(北京航空航天大学王建中编制)及SPSS13.0 For Windows进行统计处理;(3)结果:7.91%进入围绝经期妇女的心理健康状况较为严重,与其他年龄段相比,52.42岁左右的妇女心理健康水平最低。(4)结论:对于人力资源相对匮乏的西部大中型企业来讲,要实现企业的可持续发展,必须在充分重视围绝经期妇女心理健康的基础上做好围绝经期妇女的保健工作。 |

| Abstract: | The research with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) questionnaire investigates on Perimenopause women in the Chengdu Aircraft Industrial(Group)Co.Ltd.indicates that their health condition are poor,7.91% of whom are the poorest.Compared with women older or younger,those who are at the age of 52.42 are in the lowest mental health.The data gained from this investigation urges us to take good care of these perimenopause women in the Large or Medium-Size enterprises from the West. |
