| 摘 要： | 《贝弗里奇报告》是一部对当代资本主义发展产生过深刻影响的重要历史文献。它所提出的“福利国家”思想对于英国建立社会保障制度以摆脱战后政治经济危机起到了举足轻重的作用，其影响波及到整个资本主义世界，对我国建立完善的社会主义市场经济体制同样具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Beveridges' Report was an important historic document which had a profound influence onthe post-war deve1opment of captalism. The idea of "welfare state"presented in it exerted a decisive ac-tion on the institution of a system of social security for overcoming the economic and political crisis inBritain after the war,the effects of which have been felt all over the captalist world and may be takenfor reference as we are constructing a social security system under the socialist market economy. |
