| 摘 要： | 金融仓储服务模式一般包括动产第三方监管和仓单质押模式，在破解中小企业动产融资难方面具有创新性，开辟了银行动产授信的新模式，还可以提高银行信贷过程中的风险控制能力。这种仓储业的新业态和银行服务外包的新形式，实践证明具有较强的市场吸引力和广阔的发展空间，需要政府、银行、金融仓储企业、中小企业合力共同推进、发展和壮大。 |

| Abstract: | Financial storage service mode includes the third party supervision and warehouse receipt pledge mode generally, which can solve the difficulty of small and medium - sized enterprise movables financing, open up a new mode of chattel credit of commercial bank, and effectively reduce the credit risk. As a new format of storage and new form of bank service outsourcing, service of financial storage needs the help of government, commercial banks, financial storage enterprises, small and medium - sized enterprises. |
