摘    要:《金融营销技巧》是一门应用性、实践性很强的课程。传统的以教师为主体的考评模式和建立在“知识本位”基础上的考核方式,很难对课程的教学效果做出客观的评价,这势必要求构建一套与之相适应的新型课程考评体系。基于能力本位的高职《金融营销技巧》课程考评体系是在深入研究教学内容和模式的基础上,对考核的内容和方式等进行了改革,实现课程评价内容的多元化以及评价方式的多样化,注重学生课程学习的过程考核,突出能力本位,对学生成绩的评定提出了一个新的思路。

The Establishment of Competency -based Evaluation System about the Subject of Senior Financial Marketing Tactics: A Case of Zhejiang Financial College

Abstract:Financial marketing tactics has been well known for its strong suitability and practicality. However, the traditional evaluation mode which is based on knowledge and mainly takes teachers as center has been proved ineffective for reflecting the actual performance of teaching activities. So it also calls for a new and more suitable evaluation system. Based on a comprehensive study of the teaching content and mode, the competency - based senior financial marketing tactics has made reform in its content and mode so as to diversify its evaluation system and focus on the performance of students in studying the subject. What is more, it will also provide a new vision for the evaluation of students' achievements.
