| 摘 要： | 近年来，高等院校通过与企业构建校企合作平台，扭转了人才培养与社会需求相脱节的局面．提升了企业的国际竞争力。本文从校企合作在高等院校国际化人才培养中的意义和校企合作在高等院校课程设置中的运用、师资队伍建设中的运用、教学改革中的运用等几方面，探索了校企合作在高等院校国际化人才培养中的运用。

| Abstract: | In recent years, by establishing close contact with enterprises, universities and colleges turned the situation that talent training ignores social needs and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises. This paper explores the application of school - enterprise cooperation to the cultivation of international talents in universities and colleges from the following perspectives ： its significance, its application in curriculum, the construction of qualified teachers queue and educational reform. |
