贵州省农村基层财务管理的问题与对策

农村基层财务管理工作的规范，是维护农民群众的切身利益，加强农村基层党风廉政建设，改进农村基层干部作风的重要内容。做好农村基层财务管理工作，对于促进农村社会和谐稳定，推进农村社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。随着改革的不断深化，我省农村基层的财务管理仍存在着一系列问题。现论述我省农村基层财务核算的形式，指出农村基层财务管理中所存在的主要问题，分析其问题的原因，并提出相应对策。

The Problems and Countermeasures for the Financial Management at the Rural Grassroots in Guizhou

The standardization of the financial management is the most important task at the rural grassroots to safeguard the vital interests of the peasants, to strengthen the construction of the Partyg attitude and integrity, and to improve the carders＇working style at the rural grassroots. It is of great significance to manage finance well in rural grassroots, which stimulate the social harmony and stability and promote the construction of the new rural areas. With the deepening of the reform, there are still many problems concerned with finance in the rural grass- roots in Guizhou. This paper has firstly elaborated a general picture of financial accounting in Guizhou, then pointed out the main problems in financial management in the rural grassroots and analyzed the causes for it, and finally given some useful countermeasures for the problems.
