不动心与不动气——中年王阳明的静定工夫论

王阳明龙场悟道之后到揭示致良知宗旨之前，是其思想上的中年时期。“不动心”与“不动气”作为主体精神稳定和内在力量成熟的体现，在阳明这一时期的生存境域中出现频繁，二者共同构成其静定工夫论言说的重要脉络。在应对军事与政治的双重危机中，心气不动之所可能，与阳明自信本心以及义理担当密切相关。气的顺适与心的静定，乃为同一事件，皆指向主体对生生不息的本体之探索与契会。阳明教揭良知之后，二者皆被纳入致良知工夫中去。从不动心（气）到致良知，阳明的学养造境从中日显邃密精微，圆熟自然。中年时期的王阳明最终得以突破自我生命的限制，在生活世界与思想世界中实现了双重开拓与转进。

Keep Mind Still and Keep Temperament Still: Yangming's Tranquality Theory

Wang Yangming’s middle-aged period was from the time when he realized Tao to the time when he officially revealed the purpose of conscience. The two ideas of “Keeping mind still” and “keeping temperament still” appeared frequently in Yangming ’s living environment during this period, constituting the important context of his tranquility theory. In dealing with the military and political crisis, the possibility of immobility is closely related to Yang Ming’s self-confidence and righteousness. The smoothness of Qi and the calmness of mind are the same events. They all point to the subject’s exploration and understanding of the living noumenon. After the revelation of conscience in Yangming religion, both of them were included in the work of conscience cultivation. From never moving his heart (QI) to cultivating his conscience, Yang Ming’s learning and cultivation environment is becoming more and more profound, sophisticated and natural. In his middle age, Wang Yangming finally broke through the limits of his own life and realized double development and transformation in the world of life and thought
