| Abstract: | The administrative permit is act that the administrative organizations allow citizens, legal persons or other organizations to be engaged in the particular activity according to their applications investigated by law. Reforming the system of the administrative permit is of great importance in developing the socialist market economy, perfecting our country investment environment and normalizing administrative organizations to administer by law. This text studies a few law problems of the system reform of the administrative permit. |
