| 摘 要： | 汽车金融在中国是一个新兴的产业,有着巨大的发展空间。本文从介绍资产证券化的含义和流程入手,对汽车金融的资产证券化需求进行了分析,研究了在现阶段汽车金融资产证券化存在的障碍,为汽车金融企业打通融资“瓶颈”提供了一种新的融资渠道。最后,本文为汽车金融的资产证券化实践提供了可能的实施模式,并为其他相关的工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Auto Finance will have a great development in future as a new industry in China.This article begins with introduction to the concept and process of assets backed securitization(ABS).Then the demand for auto finance ABS is analyzed,and the obstacles to auto finance ABS are researched.A new financing channel is provided to the auto finance company.Finally,some viable models to the auto finance corporations and some suggestion in real operation are presented. |
