北京市工业化进程中的产业结构高度

产业结构的演变,特别是产业结构高度的提升,是经济发展的重要内容,是一个正在工业化进程中的国家或地区的经济在质的层面推进的主要特征。本文设立了一种既可用于横截面数据比较、也可用于时间序列比较的产业结构高度指标。通过度量改革开放30年来北京市的产业结构高度,我们发现:(1)2006年,北京市的总体产业结构高度超过1,达到工业化完成时的水平;(2)第三产业是引领总体产业结构高度提升的主要力量,而且第三产业的产业结构高度的波动影响着总体产业结构高度的波动;(3)第一产业和第二产业的产业结构高度都有待提高,第一产业的产业结构高度发展缓慢。
