体制改革中的城市社区建设的理论分析

社区建设是一个复杂的经济、政治和社会过程。在建设公共设施、开展公共活动方面 ,社区建设需要经济的强有力支持。社区建设是发展基层民主的过程 ,也是一个多元行为主体的互动过程。社区成员参与是社区建设的关键。在社区建设中政府发挥着主导作用 ,但权力精英的过度参与并不有利于本质意义上的社区建设。在社会转型和体制转轨的过程中 ,社区建设也遇到了来自社区内组织的经济理性和社会成员的个人自主意识增强及传统的社会团结遭到破坏等方面的影响。据此 ,本文提出了社区建设的逻辑及政府、社区组织、社区成员三方合作 ,经济、政治、社会文化三种资源共同支持的社区建设的理论模式

Theoretical Exploration on Urban Community Building in Reform China

Community building is a complex process of interaction between economy, polity and society. In the course of reform in China, urban community building requires financial support from government, enterprises and the social, it also needs political integration from all the society and a wide range of citizen participation as well. This is the practical logic of community building. Obviously, modernization and social transformation create tension for social solidarity, which just provides a drive for future development of community building.
