| 摘 要： | 从基本环节看，和谐教育需要协调好三个方面的基本关系：知性与德性之间的关系，学生与教师之间的关系，环境与教育之间的关系。从特征上看，和谐教育是整体性的教育，也是发展性的教育。当前，推进和谐教育，需要弘扬和谐精神，增强和谐教育的动力；建设和谐文化，涵养和谐教育的基础；构建和谐校园，把握和谐教育的关键。
