摘    要:从基本环节看,和谐教育需要协调好三个方面的基本关系:知性与德性之间的关系,学生与教师之间的关系,环境与教育之间的关系。从特征上看,和谐教育是整体性的教育,也是发展性的教育。当前,推进和谐教育,需要弘扬和谐精神,增强和谐教育的动力;建设和谐文化,涵养和谐教育的基础;构建和谐校园,把握和谐教育的关键。
