| 摘 要： | WTO将以经济的形式,通过货物、资本、技术和服务等活动,全方位渗透到我国的经济和社会生活中.高职教育作为教育服务的一部分,必将受到强烈的冲击.高职教育办学理念、高职教育质量观、高职教育服务方向、高职教育国际化等都面临严峻的挑战.高职教育要在加入WTO的大背景下赢得生存和发展的空间,必须积极采取相应的对策,进行制度层面的创新,探索有效的投融资体制和人才培养模式,增强其生存能力和国际竞争力. |

| Abstract: | With China's entering WTO and becoming one important part of global economy, Higher Vocational education has been pushed into the frontage of education competition. It is faced with both domestic and international competition as well. Challenges exist everywhere from the idea for running a school to the internationalization of Higher vocational education. To ensure its survival and healthy growth, we must take innovating countermeasures to meet and conquer this situation. |
