| 摘 要： | 西南交通大学创新人才培养体系以理论教学和实践教学为主渠道,人才培养计划为基础,实验室和教学基地为平台,构建了集理论教学创新模块、学生创新实践活动模块、创新培养基地模块、政策保障模块为一体的创新人才培养体系.这对大众教育背景下如何建立可操作性的创新人才培养机制,不断提高高等教育质量提供了经验和借鉴.
