高等教育大众化背景下的大学生就业竞争力提升对策研究

通过对就业竞争力的关键因素进行了深入剖析、阐述，针对高校扩招和全球金融危机背景下提升大学毕业生就业竞争力的对策进行了探索性研究。研究发现：新的社会需求背景下，大学生就业竞争力是个人就业观念、综合素质、实践经验、专业人脉关系和就业心理综合作用的结果。高等教育大众化背景下提升大学生就业竞争力应根据社会需求树立正确的就业观，调整就业心理，提升综合素质和实践技能，同时建立稳定的专业就业渠道。研究结果为高校课程改革提供了参考依据，为提高毕业生就业率提供了新的思路。

This paper analyses the key factors of employment competitive ability, and explores the strategies of improving graduates employment competitive ability in the popular higher education. The research reveals that the graduate employment ability is influenced by the concept of employment, the comprehensive quality, and the practical experience, the relationship in the field and the job - searching psychology. Reasonable employment concept, adjusted job - searching psychology, improved comprehensive qualities and enough practical experiences are needed by the fast - changed society. This paper also provides new evidences for the courses innovation of Chinese higher education and will throw light on increasing employment rate.
