| 摘 要： | 目前,高校图书馆外文图书利用率低是各个高校图书馆所面临的共同问题,对于如何提高外文图书的利用率也一直是高校图书馆探索研究的工作重点之一。针对这些问题,就影响高校图书馆外文图书利用率低的各种原因进行分析,并提出了相应的措施。
