我国中药企业知识产权保护与发展战略研究

中医药是我国最具国际竞争优势的传统产业之一。大力加强当前中药企业的知识产权保护意识，坚持并按照“激励创造、有效运用、合理保护、科学管理”疆的指导方针，建立合理有效的知识产权工作机制，是加速提升现有中药企业核心竞争力的有效途径，也是加速我国中药现代化、国际化进程，使中医药走向世界的关键所在。本文运用SWOT研究和分析的方法，对当前中药企业知识产权工作的优势、劣势、机遇以及威胁和挑战等问题进行了客观地评价及分析，同时提出了中药企业知识产权工作发展的战略重点和战略措施。
