腐败现象产生的主客观根源分析

人的行为是在外界环境刺激下,由"人格需要"和"人格判断"共同作用的结果。从这一角度看腐败现象产生的根源,有两个方面:一是人的主观方面,即人格素质结构;二是客观方面,即环境刺激。腐败现象产生的主观原因是腐败分子的人格存在缺陷,特别是政治素质、道德氏下;其客观根源是外界环境刺激,主要包括社会环境、单位环境、家庭环境和社交环境。

Analysis on the subjective and objective resource of the corruptive phenomenon

A human being's action is the result of the interactive action of the personality demand and the personality judgement because of the stimulation of outside environment. There are two sources of the curruptive phenomenon from this angle,such as,the personality quality structure is a human being's subjective reason and the stimulation of environment is the objective reason. The basic reason of the corruptive phenomenon is the low personality quality of the cor-ruptive members, especially their low ideological and moral quality. The objective resource of the corruptive phenomenon is the stimulation of outside environment, including the social environment, unit environment, family environment and sociality environment.
