| 摘 要： | 本文在研究国内外相关文献的基础上,构建资源型城市可持续发展指标体系。利用TOPSIS方法对中国34个典型资源型城市的可持续发展水平进行实证研究,结果表明,东营、大庆和马鞍山可持续发展水平较高,而大部分资源型城市可持续发展水平较低。采取各种措施提高资源型城市可持续发展水平势在必行。对资源型城市可持续发展水平进行定量研究和比较分析,有利于众多资源型城市在发展过程中及时发现新问题,调整发展战略,进而实现全面、协调和可持续发展。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the authors set up the indicators of sustainable development of resource-based cities.The specific indicators are based on the precedent researches.In addition,the authors advance the study on the evaluation of the sustainable development capabilities of 34 classic RBC in China.Furthermore,the TOPSIS method and cluster analysis are applied in the paper.Finally,the authors suggest that the resource-based cities should take the countermeasure to realize the sustainable development as soon as possible. |
