教育的公正与公平——从高校的"扩招"反思公共政策的影响

追求教育公正与公平是人类社会古老的理念,在现代社会,教育的公正与公平显得更加必要.教育的公正与公平的实现,需要政府部门的大力支持,需要国家公共政策的强有力的保证.笔者从我国高校"扩招"政策的角度出发,分析了在这一政策过程中所呈现出的教育的不公平的现象,并对如何实现教育的公正与公平做出简要的探讨.

It is the ancient idea for human society to pursue the fairness and equality in education.In the modern society,the fairness and equality in education appear more necessary.The realization of fairness and equality in education needs the support from the government department and needs the powerful guarantee from the national community policy.This article starts from the policy of "university expansion" in our country,analyzes the education unfair phenomenon which is presented in this policy process,and makes the brief discussion on how to realize the fairness and equality in education.
