| 摘 要： | 针对理论界有人提出通过降息来阻击热钱的观点,从现实经济条件下是否具备足够的降息空间和降息能否从经济利益上阻止热钱进入这两个方面提出了质疑,并得出在阻击热钱的过程中不宜以降息为手段的结论.

| Abstract: | Being aimed at the view given by someone in academic field to prevent the entry of hot money by means of lowering interest,it is concluded that the measure to lower interest should not be taken by resisting hot money on the basis of doubt both about whether there is enough space to lower interest and about whether this measure will play its role by affecting speculators' benefits. |
