环境生产要素理论探讨

长期以来，人类只注意到了环境中的自然资源对经济活动的贡献，忽视了一些非有形物的能力方面对经济活动的重要性。基于大的自然环境观，将环境中的有形物部分和能力部分结合起来，根据可持续发展对环境系统与经济系统融合的要求，从更正生产要素理论对环境的狭隘性认识出发，阐释了环境生产要素化的基本观点，剖析了环境生产要素的广义和狭义概念，重点分析了环境容量生产要素化的内涵，并提出了环境容量生产要素研究的基本框架和内容。

A Preliminary Study of Environment Capacity Prod uction Factor

For a long time,only the natural environment resources were noticed, but the contribution of environmental capacity and other abstract environment were ignored in economic activities. This paper thinks that environment production factor is a new recognition to conducive environmental management and improvement economic activities. Based on the view of whole geographical environment nature including physical and abstract environment, according to the requirements of economic system integration with environment system, and by correcting the lack of production factors theory, the general and special concepts of environment production factors are analyzed, and the connotation of environment capacity production factor is emphatically analyzed. In addition,the basic framework of research and content of environment capacity production factor is put forward.
