度假酒店产业集群结构与发展模式研究

度假旅游是西方流行近百年的传统旅游方式,最早的度假酒店起源于欧洲.目前,中国的度假酒店发展正处于初级阶段,虽然总体水平不高,但一些沿海城市的度假酒店也显示出良好的发展势头.以产业集群理论为基础,研究了度假酒店产业集群的结构和发展模式.首先从度假酒店的概念分析入手,归纳度假酒店的类型;然后研究酒店业产业集群结构,进而指出度假酒店产业集群的一般性结构.最后,分析了集群效应在度假酒店业中的作用,并归纳国际度假酒店业发展模式,得出度假酒店适于产业集群的结论.

Study on Cluster Structure and Development Model for Resort Hotel Industry

The holiday tourism is a traditional tourism mode that has been popular in western countries for almost a century. The earliest resort hotel originated from Europe. At present, the development of Chinese resort hotel has been in the primary stage, and though their average level is not higher, the resort hotels in coastal cities display good development tendency. Based on the theory of industrial cluster, this paper studies the structure and development mode of resort hotel industrial cluster. First, starting with the concept of resort hotel, the types of resort hotel are introduced. Then, the hotel industrial cluster structure is studied, and the general structure of resort hotel industrial cluster is pointed out. At last, the cluster function in resort hotel industry is analyzed, and based on summarization of the development mode of international resort hotel industry, the conclusion that resort hotel adapts to industrial cluster is presented.
