| 摘 要： | 以山东省阳信县土地开发整理项目为例,采用静态经济效益分析、动态经济效益分析和敏感性分析三种分析方法对土地整理后土地经济效益进行了详细分析.其中静态经济效益分析采用投资收益率和静态投资回收期为参数,动态经济效益分析采用净现值、内部收益率和动态投资回收期为参数,敏感性分析分别以投资收益率和净现值为指标,选择销售收入、经营成本和投资三个因素研究其变化对上述两指标的影响.结果表明本项目的经济效益是显著的.

| Abstract: | Taking the land consolidation project in Yangxin County, Shandong Province as an example, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the land economic profit after land consolidation by analysis of static economic profit, dynamic economic pvofit and sensitivity. The results show a significant economic profit from the project. |
