| 摘 要： | 在大陆民法学中,特别是在德国法系民法学中,法律行为的研究居于核心地位。法律行为制度理论是传统民法学理论中结构完整、逻辑严密的理论。然而,人们对法律行为内容及其构成要件的相关研究却不多。法律行为内容的四个构成要件为:要素、常素、偶素和目的。

| Abstract: | the study of the legal behavior plays a key role in the Continental Law.esp. the civil law of German law. And the legal behavior system is integrated and rigorous theory among the traditional civil law theories. However, people have not carried out enough study on the content and important composing factors of the legal behavior. The 4 important components of the legal behavior content include important factor,common factor,occasional factor and target. |
