| 摘 要： | 大学生职业发展教育要发挥其应有作用,已成为高校人才培养的重要使命.我国高校大学生职业发展教育起步较晚,受其地位不被重视、队伍专业化不强、教学质量难于保证等问题的影响,教育效果不理想.文章结合我国高校实际,分析影响职业发展教育的问题,提出增强职业发展教育实效性的对策.

| Abstract: | College students’ career development education,an important mission of talent cultivation at colleges and universities,should play its due role.In China,college career development started late,and has been influenced by a series of problems such as insufficient attention to its position,weak specialization in faculty and difficulties in ensuring its teaching quality;therefore,the effect of the education is not ideal.This paper,considering the current situation in colleges,analyzes the problems in career development education and proposes some measures to promote its effectiveness. |
