区域基本卫生服务均等化影响因素分析

目前,我国区域间基本医疗卫生服务供给水平差距不断拉大,均等化程度有待加强,这不仅极大地影响了公民的健康平等性,也有悖于我国全面建设小康社会和实现经济与社会协调发展的发展方向。利用我国30个省区2000—2009年的面板数据,定量分析基本卫生服务均等化的影响因素,并在此基础上从经济发展水平、社会保障、财政支出和转移支付角度提出具体的完善途径。

Research on the Equalization of Basic Health Services

Now,the gap of basic health service level between different provinces tends to be widen,which not only greatly affects the health of citizens equality,but also is contrary to China’s development direction to realize the harmonious development of economy and society.So the equalization level should be strengthened.By using 2000-2009 panel data,This article analyzes the factors affecting the equalization of basic health services,and puts forward measures on this basis of the level of regional economic development,social security system,financial expenditure and transfer payment.
