宋辽金元城市行政建制与区域行政区划体系的演变

宋辽金元时期,中国城市管理制度日益完善,宋代出现了都城行政管理机构都厢;辽代设置了都城行政管理机构警巡院;金元设置了城市行政管理机构警巡院、录事司、司候司。这些专门行政管理机构标志了这一时期城市行政建制的形成和建制城市的出现。城市行政建制的设立使城市行政管理成为区域行政体系的重要环节。本文旨在考察自宋至元城市行政建制的嬗变及其在区域行政体系中的演变。

The Transformation of Urban Organizational System and Regional Administrative System in Song, Liao, Jin and Yuan Period

In Song, Liao, Jin and Yuan period, the Chinese urban management system was improved steadily. In Song Dynasty, the government set up a capital administration named Duxiang; in Liao Dynasty, a special capital administration of Jinxunyuan was set up; in Jin and Yuan Dynasty, three special city administrations were set up: Jinxunyuan, Lushisi and Sihousi. These specialized administrations marked that the organizational urban system had been formed during the period. The organizational urban system was set so that urban administration became an important link of regional administrative system. This paper aims to study the transformation of the urban organizational system and the change as a part of the regional administrative system in Song, Liao, Jin and Yuan period.
