| 摘 要： | 当前大学生的犯罪状况与引起大学生犯罪的原因,与大学生的心理素质、法律意识、道德境界等因素有关,因此,预防和减少大学生犯罪,要注重大学生的精神健康,提升大学生心理、法律素质和道德境界,提高其道德"觉解"水平,培养大学生树立良好的德行,由法律强制约束向道德自律约束发展。
