| 摘 要： | 过去30多年，中国经济发展旧的动能已经释放，新的动能还未建立起来，经济发展面临许多制约因素。在对环境、自然资源、人口、外需、房地产、产能过剩、债务以及金融等制约经济发展的因素进行分析的基础上，提出了采取针对性措施，实现中国经济走上新的发展道路的对策思考。

| Abstract: | Over the past thirty years,the old economic engines of China have been exhausted and many fac-tors that restrict economic growth emerge.This paper analyses the factors,including the environment, natural resources,population,external demand,real estate,productivity excess and debts,and suggests some countermeasures for the new approach to economic growth. |
