公共行政组织变革中的心理阻力及其化解

摘    要:公共行政组织必须适时调整和变革,以适应迅速变化和发展的社会环境。认知误差、利益失衡、组织惰性、习惯性和变革不确定性等导致不同的心理障碍和阻力,影响和制约公共行政组织变革的进程和成效。深入剖析公共行政组织变革中的各种心理问题,正确引导和调适行政人员的心理,有效化解心理阻力,有利于顺利推进公共行政组织变革,提高行政效率,实现组织目标。

Abstract:Public administrative organizations should adjust and reform timely to adapt to the changing and developing social environment. It will cause different psychological obstacles and resistances such as misunderstanding, benefits unbalance, organization nonreactivity, habituation and unsureness of reformation. We should analyse the psychological problems in reformation of public administrative organizations, guide and adjust the psychology of administrative people correctly, resolve psychological resistances efficiently.According to the measures, the reformation of public administrative organization will be push forward, the administrative efficiency will be improved, and the goal of organizations will be realized.
