| 摘 要： | 民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神支撑。提高民族素质,是全面建设小康社会的根本所在,其中民族精神是核心与灵魂。努力提高青年学生的文化素质,弘扬与培育民族精神,是高等学校负有的重要使命。高校必须把弘扬和培育民族精神作为重要任务,结合学校实际,开展富有特色的工作。

| Abstract: | The national spirit is the spiritual support for a nation to exist and develop. Raising the national quality is the fundamental guarantee to build a well-off society in an all-round way, of which the national spirit is the core and the soul. It is an important mission for colleges & universities to raise the young students' cultural quality, as well as develop and cultivate their national spirit. Colleges & universities should take the mission of developing and cultivating the national spirit as their important task, and carry out a lot of work full of distinguishing features combined with their own actual situation. |
