| 摘 要： | 通过对产业集聚的细分,探讨其在区域内的不同组合以及相应知识溢出的作用途径,有助于从"效率"的角度理解产业集聚对区域经济增长绩效的影响。实证结果表明:长三角区域存在三种特定的产业集聚组合,这种产业集聚格局带来了显著正向的MAR溢出和不显著为负的Jacobs溢出;"技术池"和"吸收能力"则是长三角区域知识溢出效应的两个重要途径。因此,要根据长三角区域内不同城市的位势,采取差别化和有层次的产业发展政策,以此为基础深化区域分工与合作,促进区域的经济增长。

| Abstract: | The exploration of the different combinations of industry agglomeration in Yangtze River Delta(YRD) and the corresponding role of knowledge spillovers bring us closer to the impact of industry agglomeration on regional economic growth performance from the perspective of efficiency.This paper shows that there is a significant positive MAR spillover effect and an insignificant negative Jacobs spillover effect in YRD in general.Moreover,technology pool and absorb capacity are two major mechanics acting on spillovers in this area.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce disparity industrial policies for different cities,promote cooperation and make elaborate labor division in order to stimulate the economic growth in this area. |
