| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业是知识经济的支柱．其发展依赖于高科技开发能力和技术创新体系以及支持高新技术企业发展的风险投资业。依赖于技术和金融的有机结合。完善的风险投资体系、法律保障体系、政府的扶持等，为风险投资的发展保驾护航，从而促进高新技术产业化。提高经济的综合竞争力。

| Abstract: | New and high-tech industry is the backbone of knowledge economy.Its development depends on the high-tech research and developmental capabilities,the technological innovation system,the risk investment industry and the combination from technology and finance.The sound risk investment system,the legal protective system and the support of government,and so on,can protect the development of risk investment,promote new and high-tech industry and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of economy. |
