| 摘 要： | 寺庙绘画（包括以画稿为蓝本的立体艺术）是中国古代宗教艺术中独具特色的艺术门类。佛山祖庙集道教艺术和佛教艺术为一祠．既祀北帝又供释佛。其绘画有道教人物故事、佛教人物．生动记录了明清时期老佛山的世俗风情。道释共存，仙俗井举。是佛山祖庙最大的特色。

| Abstract: | Temple painting is a special kind of religious art in ancient China.The Foshan Ancestral Temple involves Taoist and Buddhist arts,presenting offerings to the North God and the Buddha.Its painting concerns the stories and figures of both religions,depicting vividly the customs and lifestyles of Foshan during the Ming and Qing Periods.The co-existences of Taoism and Buddhism,religious and secular life are characteristic of the Ancestral Temple. |
