| 摘 要： | 通过对国家自然科学基金的有关政策研究 ,结合近年来对基金申请中标情况的综合分析 ,提出并论证了提高申请中标率的几个要素 :精选题目、定准选题类别、注重选题的创新性与重要性、组建有实力的课题梯队 ;在申请书的填报方面应注重立论根据的充分性、研究内容上的具体研究路线与前沿性学术思想的有机结合、对技术路线的深入浅出表达和研究基础的详实叙述等 |

| Abstract: | After studying the concerned regulations of China's National Science Fund and analyzing the successful cases of recent applications, the writer puts forward the following factors of successful applications: to select the subject carefully, to choose the right category, to pay attention to the creativety and importance of the project, to organize an energetic research group, to emphasize the evidence,detailed research procedure, combination with the advanced scientific idea of the project, and to describe the research foundation and method clearly and simply. |
