新型城镇化与农业技术进步的时空耦合关系

摘    要:在构建评价指标体系基础上,运用耦合协调度模型,对我国新型城镇化与农业技术进步的耦合协调度及其时空差异进行了实证分析。研究发现:(1)1993—2013年间,我国新型城镇化与农业技术进步的耦合度变化平稳,一直处于颉颃阶段;两者的耦合协调度逐年增大,由低度耦合协调演化为高度耦合协调;(2)各地区间新型城镇化与农业技术进步的耦合度均处于颉颃阶段,但耦合协调度则存在一定差异,贵州、西藏、甘肃三省属于低度耦合协调类型,北京、上海、江苏、福建处于高度耦合协调,其余省份则处于中度耦合协调阶段。在新型城镇化进程中,要继续转移农村剩余劳动力,提高农村劳动力素质。同时,应考虑不同地区新型城镇化和农业技术进步发展条件的差异,采取因地制宜的新型城镇化发展战略。

Abstract:Based on constructing evaluation index system, using the coupling coordination model, this paper analyzed the coupling coordination degree and spatial-temporal difference of new urbanization and agricultural technology progress in China empirically. The study found: (1) During years 1993-2013, the coupling degree between the two changed smoothly, it has been at the stage of mutual confrontation; the coupling coordination degree of both has gradually increased, and has evolved from low coupling coordination to highly coupled coordination; (2) the degree of coupling between the two across regions was in antagonistic stage, but there was a certain difference between the coupling degrees of coordination; Guizhou, Xizang and Gansu provinces belonged to the low coupling coordination type, Beijing, Shanghai cities and Jiangsu and Fujian provinces were at a highly coupled coordination, and the remaining provinces were at the stage of moderate coupling coordination. During the new urbanization process, we should continue to transfer rural surplus labor and improve the quality of rural labor force. Meanwhile, the development condition differences of new urbanization and agricultural technology progress in different areas should be considered and take new urbanization development strategy to local conditions.
