| 摘 要： | 企业在多元化经营过程中有过度多元化发展的倾向。当企业处在过度多元化时,应当采取归核化战略,以突出主业,提高竞争力。详细分析企业过度多元化的原因,指出归核化战略的实施方式和时机。
