| Abstract: | The dispute of the delimitation of the continental shelf at the East Sea has damaged the relationship between China and Japan.In the present paper,the author starts with the differences of the delimitation of the continental shelf at the East Sea to present and analyze the arguments on the delimitation and to put forward some proposals to resolve the dispute.Finally,the author discusses the essences of the common exploitation of it. |
