伦理关怀:弱势群体问题的现代视角

对弱势群体的伦理关怀是解决弱势群体问题的关键所在,也是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要途径之一。当前,对弱势群体伦理关怀的精神理念至少应该包括以下三个方面:第一,实现社会公正,通过公正的社会制度来改变弱势群体的不利处境,保障弱势群体的基本权益;第二,坚持以德行政,各级政府要在坚持依法行政、建设制度伦理、提升官员品德的基础上实现对弱势群体的伦理关怀,消除社会排斥,实现社会和谐;第三,奉行人道主义,政府和社会强势群体应该在没有任何功利目的的前提下,向弱势群体提供人道主义援助,帮助他们改变不利处境,保障他们的生存权利和发展机会。
