| 摘 要： | "仁政"是中国传统政治哲学的核心理念."天下为公"是"仁政"的最高价值追求."仁者无敌"是推行"仁政"的坚定信念.领导者以身作则、率先垂范是实现"仁政"的关键.选贤任能、讲信修睦,使人各尽其材,是实现"仁政"的重要条件.体察民情、顺应民意,是实现仁政的根本途径.构建和谐社会思想为传统政治哲学的现代化指明了方向.

| Abstract: | "Benevolent government" is the core theory in the traditional politics and philosophy in China. "The whole world as one community" is the goal pursued by "benevolent government". "The benevolent is invincible" is the firm belief for carrying out "benevolent government". Leaders set an example and take the lead in doing things, which is the key to realize "benevolent government". To select talents and appoint capable persons, stress credits and harmony and make each do his duty according to his ability is the important condition for realizing "benevolent government". To observe the condition of the people and comply with the aspirations of the people is the basic way to realize benevolent government. The idea of construction of the harmonious society points out the direction of the modernization of the traditional politics and philosophy. |
