摘    要:随着非国有外贸企业对外贸市场的进入,国有外贸企业在市场中的份额不断下降,利润份额也在下滑。这是通过建立了一个不完全竞争的外贸服务业务的市场模型分析得到的结论,实证方面也支持了这一结论,与此相关的是,国有外贸企业在人才市场、货源市场和资本市场也相继失去了以往的优势。国有外贸企业只有在建立现代企业制度、合理进行资产重组、改善经营结构、创新经营战略和重视人才培养等方面进行深入彻底的改革,方能在市场竞争中立稳脚跟。

Abstract:The State owned foreign trade enterprises' share in market is gradually decreasing with the increasing of non state owned foreign trade enterprises according to our conclusion from both marketing model analysis and evidence.Consequently, state owned enterprises have lost their dominant positions in trained personnel market, goods supply market and capital market. In order to have a stable position in the market of competition, state owned enterprises must be reformed thoroughly and it is necessary to establish a modern enterprise system, reorganize assets,improve management, bring forth new ideas, pay high regard to specialists and so on.
