提高专业教师实践能力途径与保障机制探析

随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,毕业生数量急剧增加,企业对大学生的实践能力要求越来越高。因此,提高专业教师的实践能力就显得尤为必要。提高专业教师实践能力途径主要有：一是到企业中去实践;二是进行技能培训。从总的来看,专业教师实践能力的培养是一个系统工程。为了保证该工程的顺利执行,必须建立保障机制,即设立专项基金,建立奖惩制度。

On Ways of Improving Specialized Teachers'Practical Ability and its Guarantee Mechanism

With the expanding scale of higher education and the increasing number of graduates, enterprises are setting higher and higher requirements on university students＇ practical ability. Therefore, improving specialized teachers＇ practical ability is particularly necessary. The ways of improving specialized teachers＇ practical ability mainly are： one is practice in enterprises; another is skill-training. On the whole, cultivating specialized teachers＇ practical ability is a systematic project. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, we must build up the guarantee mechanism, i.e. to set up a special fund and a reward and punishment system.
