关于我国农业推广体系的几点思考

健全的农业推广体系是实现科技兴农的组织保证。长期以来我国农业推广机构为农业的发展作出了重要贡献,然而随着形势的变化,现行的农业推广体系出现了线断、网破、人散的局面,已严重影响了我国农业和农村经济的发展。本文针对农业推广体系的现状,系统分析了当前我国农业推广体制机制中存在的问题,提出了相应的建议和对策,对指导建立我国新型的农业推广体系有一定的意义。

The complete agricultural popularizing system is the key to develop our national agriculture with science and technology.For a long time,our national agricultural popularizing organization contributes a lot to the development of our national agriculture.Along with the changing of the situation,the agricultural popularizing system has taken such a new aspect that the telephone line was broken off,the intrenet was broken down and people all ran away, which have stopped the development of our national agricultural economy.This text is to face the present situation of agricultural popularizing system,analyze the existing problems in our national agricultural popularizing systems and structures,and to give some advice and suggestions and will contribute a lot to set up a new national agricrltural system.
