| Abstract: | Military human capital is the application of general human capital in the military realm.Therefore,the military human capital has the universality of general human capital and its own characteristics as well.Although both of military human capital and military human resource are related to military labor force,they are quite different.Human being is the decisive factor influencing war and military construction.The key to strengthen investment in military human capital is to increase the military quality and to win in the future. |
