高职院校图文信息中心定位及发展方向研究

高职院校图文信息中心一般都是由原来的图书馆、电教中心、信息中心等部门合并而成，但绝不是简单地部门合并、合署办公，而是既符合专业发展趋势又符合高职院校特点的新型组织机构。学术机构的定位和参考咨询的发展方向以及机构内部门设置和人力资源配置等问题是首先要解决的问题。

Study on the Position and the Developing Direction of Information Center in Higher Vocational Colleges

The information center in higher vocation is usually amalgamated by library, modern technology center and original information center. The consolidation means far from just handling official affairs jointly but a new type organizations in line with both professional development trend and characters of higher vocational college. And the principal problems that need to be solved include the orientation of academic institute, the developing direction of reference consultation, the setting up of internal departments and the human resources configuration.
