| 摘 要： | 高职教育承载着为区域经济建设培养专门人才的重任，而职业教育的跨界性决定人才培养无法由学校单独完成。全国报关技能大赛旨在促进产学结合校企共同培养报关后备人才。为了更好地培养符合行业企业职业标准的报关人才，不仅要认识到报关技能大赛对高职报关人才培养的促进与提升作用，更要加强专业化“双师型”教师队伍建设，突出人文精神教育、产学结合协同育人。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education cannot be fulfilled merely by vocational colleges because it is in itself a product of crossover and its main task is to train specialized personnel for the development of regional economy. The National Skill Contest of Customs Clearance for Vocational College Students （hereafter referred to as NSCCC） aims at promoting cooperation between industries and vocational colleges in order to train qualified backup talents for the industry of customs clearance. For this purpose, we have to not only realize the facilitating role of the NSCCC in training customs clearance professionals, but also strive to strengthen the building of double-certificated teaching staff, focusing on the education of humanism as well as the coordination between industries and schools in vocational education. |
