| 摘 要： | 马克思主义经典作家以及第一个社会主义国家对农民认识上的偏差,形成了一种农业支持工业以发展整个国民经济的传统和先例,并扩展到所有社会主义国家,包括中国。在我国今天社会主义市场经济环境下,我们必须按照“三个代表”重要思想重新认识、理解、关爱和回馈农民,并落实到具体政策上。

| Abstract: | This paper reveals that classical Marxism and Leninism,plus the special experiences of the former Soviet Union,has given rise to a misleading paradigm as well as precedent over the issue of peasantry,which spread into other socialist countries including China.However,the current socialist market economy in China calls for new initiatives to address the issue.These include drafting and implementing new policies and measures that reflect a renewed perception,a better understanding and care of,as well as more justified returns to contemporary Chinese peasantry in light of the "Three Represents".The new initiatives as such also reflect up-dated development of Marxism,Leninism and Mao Zedong thought. |
