| Abstract: | Overall planning the regional harmonious development is one important part of the scientific development view, and also the important element embodied in the "Shiyiwu planning" in all levels of government. In this situation, making use of relevant regional economic theory to research systematically and explore in-depth Tibet "three major economic zones" harmonious development is of great guiding significance for making relevant policies. |
